Arena Leisure Plc

Arena Leisure Plc is a dynamic leisure group that is constantly evolving. Currently, our operations consist of seven racecourses which stage around 26% of all racing fixtures held each year, making us the UK's largest operator of horseracing. Our race portfolio includes the oldest classic race in the world, the St Leger, as well as the Monday Night Racing season at Royal Windsor.

All of our racecourses provide conferencing and banqueting facilities, ensuring our venues are capable of operating 365 days a year. Our leisure offering is enhanced through the inclusion of 18-hole golf courses at two of our racecourses and an integrated, branded hotel at Wolverhampton Racecourse. Construction of the Lingfield Park Marriott hotel and country club is nearing completion and this significant development will be fully operational by May 2010. Developments are on-going for a further hotel at Doncaster Racecourse, a casino at Wolverhampton Racecourse, new spectator viewing areas and extensive conference and exhibition facilities.

We are constantly investing in our venues and expect to develop the group substantially over the coming years.
