Arena Leisure Plc ("Arena") - 2008 Shareholder Offers
I am very pleased to set out the details of our Shareholder Offers for 2008. The terms of Arena's Shareholder Offers are not fixed from one year to the next.
A copy of Arena's fixture list for 2008 can be downloaded from the Arena website.
OFFER A - 8 Vouchers entitling half-price entrance
This offer provides a shareholder with a minimum shareholding of 2,000 shares with eight vouchers. Each voucher enables half-price entry for one person at any of Arena's racecourses on any race day of your choice, with the exception of 13 September 2008 at Doncaster Racecourse (the Ladbrokes St Leger).
Vouchers will be sent to all shareholders shown on the share register as holding 2,000 shares or more as at 14 December 2007. Please note, these vouchers are non-transferable and not for resale. Terms and conditions are printed on the reverse.
OFFER B - 2 for 1 Annual Badgeholders
This offer entitles a shareholder with a minimum shareholding of 5,000 shares, upon becoming an Annual Badgeholder at one of Arena's racecourses (excluding Doncaster Racecourse, as we have already sold out for 2008), to obtain a second Annual Badge for the same racecourse at no cost.
If you would like to take up Offer B, please print out, complete and return the Request Slip set out below to Seema Shah at the address below. Upon receipt, we will notify your selected course, from where you will be able to collect your free badge. Please allow one week from posting your Request Slip or contact Seema Shah to ensure that your free badge is available for collection.
